Comfort Colors® 1717 · T-shirt
Height and weight give a good starting point. Comparing a tee you already own is the surest check.
We estimate your chest size from your height and weight, match it to the standard unisex size range, then adjust for how this tee is cut and the fit you picked. The 1717 has a close-fitting collar, so we lean one size up when you’re near the top of a size. It’s a starting point. For the surest fit, compare a tee you own under Compare measurements.
Lay a tee you love flat and compare it with these. They’re garment measurements, not body measurements.
A · Chest width B · Body length
About the collar: the 1717 neckline sits closer than the rest of the shirt. If you like room at the neck, choose one size up.
Chest width: straight across, 1 inch below the armpits, with the garment flat. This is half the way around, not the full circle.
Body length: from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, down to the bottom hem.
Each piece is dyed after it’s sewn, so measurements can vary by about ¾ in (2 cm) in width and 1 in (2.5 cm) in length.
